These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hustilo AI ("Hustilo", "we", "us"), available at hustilo.vercel.app and any associated apps or services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Hustilo is

Hustilo is an AI-powered tool that provides guidance, suggestions, plans, and research to help people start and grow an online business. The Service is informational and educational. It is not professional, financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome, income, or result.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions, billing & trials

Hustilo offers a free plan and paid plans (Starter and Pro). Paid plans may include a free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan begins and your payment method is charged. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: using it for any unlawful purpose; attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; reselling or sharing access without permission; or using it to generate harmful, deceptive, or infringing content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. AI-generated content

Responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any output before relying on it, and for your own business decisions. Always do your own research before spending money. Hustilo is a tool to assist you, not a substitute for professional advice.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Hustilo and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the content and inputs you submit, and you are responsible for them. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate and provide the Service to you.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hustilo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, revenues, or business, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
